"Super friendly staff from day one. Starts with the receptionists and lab staff to doctors and highly skilled nurses. I liked their software systems which kept me in touch with staff and informed me about upcoming meetings etc. They all welcomed questions and feedback. Occasionally there are some longer than usual wait periods that I was informed about, these will happen in a busy popular medical facility. My outcome was excellent."

"I really really liked the doctor I saw. He was very personable and knowledgeable. My actual experience with the doctor and lab staff was positive. However, I was charged hundreds for a follow-up visit where I was out of the office in 2 minutes after being given a printout of my (normal) lab work which was all already available online, and being told I don't need to come back again. There is so much financial waste in the industry - a quick message could have been sent that a follow-up was not needed unless I had questions to discuss."

"Had my appointment at 3pm on 9/30/2023 with Dr. Punit Chadha. Was made to wait for an hour and was never called. Upon asking the receptionist, she said they had only two rooms available and I am going to be called next. Waited another 15 mins and someone else was called. Upon asking again, she mentioned that patient was before me and now I am next. After an hour, I walked out untreated and disappointed. No apologies ever offered. Didn't seem to care if I am seen or not. Very unprofessional."

"From a spouse of an Oncology nurse that works there currently. They are extremely understaffed and I am worried she will lose her RN license if she continues to work there. I have been trying to get her to quit and find another job. Just know they do not take care of their staff and just care about making money off sick people that are not getting the care or attention they deserve. Terrible place to work and I feel sorry for the patients that are trying to get treatment."

"If there was a lower rating than one I would have picked it. My 28 year son started treatment on June 1, 2021 . His doctors was Chadha. We were told repeatedly that he was doing fine, that he was young and will continue to do well. Three weeks ago my son dropped 8 pounds in a week and he became weaker. He saw two doctors that day, this did not raise concerns with Chadha or Fleeger. My son continued to get weaker and drop weight faster. I called twice on 19 November 2021 with my concerns , I asked why wasn’t he hospitalized when they saw him the Friday before and was told not to take my son to the Emergency room but to bring him in the next day. My poor son never made it. He had a heart attack due to being ,septic from to a bowel blockage. The rapid weight should have been a cause for concern. After our son was scanned at the hospital the ambulance took him to were informed the cancer had spread through out his body and he was never going to make it to Christmas. He was told by Chadha (with) me on the phone that he had two more treatments a scan and we would see if things shrunk enough for surgery. Lies!!! I regret take my son to these people. The feed back address came back as invalid., None of these people have returned a single phone call to our family."
