"We’ve only been coming for about 7 months. There have been at least 3 appointments that were either never scheduled or cancelled without notification. It should go without saying cancer care is beyond important and the fact that this office seems to fail their patients at seeing their doctor in a timely manner is unacceptable. UPDATE: we were schedules for day before thanksgiving for infusion in the afternoon. We were rescheduled for a morning appointment. Then got a call that it needs to be rescheduled yet again and then one more time. By then we got our dates mixed up and missed it. When we finally made it back in the office we were scolded for missing appointments and when we asked about it being rescheduled in the first place they put the blame on us, saying that we cancelled. That was not the case Head Nurse of infusion!"

"Nobody ever picks up the phone. You just get this voicemail of "Sandy". Poor customer service."

"If anyone goes here please know that the staff does not care about its patients. My father went here for his chemo treatment and his nurse was the worse she did not communicate well with him and was so negative towards him and did not want to speak with him whenever something went wrong, when he would ask questions she would give attitude and talk very unprofessional. None of the staff would communicate with him or my mother about what times he had treatment and meetings with his doctor. They would also send his medications to places hours away and not our own pharmacy. His nurse had asked him about any symptoms he had around the half mark and told he him had a blood clot based on what he said. She didn’t want anything to do to help him and only said that he should be fine. The next day he had some screenings done and had a heart attack and passed away. His main nurse should of has some common sense to tell him to go to the emergency room that day. I strongly suggest to not go with this medical group at all!"

"My dad got referred to Dr. Sethi for treatment due to him having stage 4 lung cancer. Our first visit with Dr. Sethi went well as she was informative and made sure we understood what to expect. My dad ended up doing his first chemo treatment, but did not take it well. He landed in the ICU for almost three weeks and since then, my family and I decided to pursue palliative care once he's able to get discharged. With a survival chance between 1%-2%, we believed that he should live out the rest of his life comfortably instead of continuing chemo/radiation treatment. During his three weeks at the ICU, Dr. Sethi only visited him 2 times. Mind you, her office is located next door to the hospital (we were at Pearland Medical Center). When she found out about our decision regarding palliative care, she told the nurse to have us call her so we could discuss things further. We called her office numerous times, left messages, and she never responded back to us. It wasn't until recently when we were finally able to get through her office again, but was told, "Your dad will need to come to the office." Again, my dad was bed ridden at the ICU for three weeks battling pain, COPD, and a severe case of pneumonia. There was no way he could physically go there himself. The day afterwards, Dr. Sethi finally came to visit him. My older brother was there and tried to explain to her about our decision. After the first three words, she cut my brother off and told him, "Okay. Hospice should be here today then," and walked away. We understand that making an important decision such as palliative care is a big step, and that we should've discussed it with her earlier on. However, she only visited him twice during his 3-week stay and did not witness to the full extent of how much he was suffering. As his family, we only wants what is best for him and for him to enjoy the rest of his life comfortably. Her lack of care and concern for her patient during their stay at the hospital was poor, and she did not handle the matter in a professional way."
