"I am extremely impressed with the service and care we received today. My usual vet is closed due to the holiday weekend so I called NPH and they were able to squeeze me in. They talked me through every step they were taking and also went over all charges that would be incurred before doing any thing. When medication was added they gave me the new total to ensure I was good with the charges. The staff is very friendly and professional. The doctor took his time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. This is an exceptional place and I will be bringing my pets back. The level of care is superb."
