"Montrice is everything I love her customer service, we have great conversations, we be actin up on my appointments I have been her client for 2 1/2 years and I would not get service from anyone else she is every thing if y'all haven't booked with her I don't know what y'all are waiting for. She also educate you on whatever service you are getting. She doesn't change up she is the same every time I go and get service."

"The lash tech was annoyed with her child, overwhelmed with her schedule, and it was taken out on me and my service. I had to deal with her repeatedly scolding the little one right in my ear, and she got more rough and careless as her irritation heightened. The last eye was my left and her technique got sloppy- mistakes and exhaustion happens, and I support parents having their children at work- I have allowed it for my own employees. I take no big issue w/the aforementioned as she had put in effort to assign me a canceled appointment, this was a foreign fill so that requires grace as well, and I don’t think she realized her repeated scolding of the little one was way more annoying than his innocent curiosity but worse, her reaction to being irritated affected her performance…to a point, I felt she was doing the best she knew how to do so I adjusted my expectations. The problem I have is how she reacted to her mistake, and 24 hours later I still have a dull throb and redness in my eye. I have lost a lot of lashes and what remains keeps sticking together. I’ve never experienced any of this with lash extensions before and I will need to seek medical attention in the morning if it doesn’t get better. I was finally able to locate and remove the lash from my eye at 4am this morning, so I went over 6 hours with that sharp feeling object in my eye that began while I was being serviced. I expressed I had something in my eye and though she visibly saw it watering, she got defensive & unprofessional with absurd accusations, from claiming my sterilized gloves caused the object to get in my eye (by reflex I rubbed my lid AFTER the lash fell in as it felt sharp and painful) to when I asked what my total due was since she had mentioned up-charges but never detailed the amount they would be…instead of her simply responding with the total, she then accused me of knowing what my total is, yet asking her the total with no intention of paying it. Unreal. Keep in mind she was previously pre-paid for a package of services yet fulfilled so this is in addition to me repeatedly telling her I want to pay for my service, yet this is the ridiculous conclusion she came to. She was obviously frazzled and making less sense as the confrontation continued, so I offered a symbol of empathy to reset the situation, but she angrily refused. I am a young, retired Bio-Molecular Scientist and founder of a business; I carry myself like exactly who I am and have always been, so it made her demeanor and stereotypes used against me beyond unreasonable and honestly, bizarre. Her advertised commercial space provided during booking and what is listed under her Google profile is false- she works out of her home. She called me after I booked to share this, and I should have followed my first thought and declined services, but she was referred by a braider Ive had great experiences with, so I went with it. Never again."
