"I don’t normally do this, and I’ve been working customer service for over 10 years. Awful customer service. They pick and choose who to greet and just randomly pick guests without any explanation. Communication is key , I guess as long as they cash out that’s what matters to them…I decided to take my money elsewhere. I can relate to what Mz commented below. They treat other people differently."

"Visited one time with my girlfriend while I was in town. Just got a standard pedicure. My girlfriend got a pedicure and a manicure. First off, it's warm in there. It was late in the afternoon right before Thanksgiving and 48 F outside. While standing in the entry I thought I was going to overheat. It was better once we made it to the chairs. However, if you run hot, be warned. The atmosphere was nice. Very tastefully decorated. Some parts look a little worn, but I think it's nice. The smell was a little overwhelming, at first. After a while I didn't really notice. We did not have an appointment, yet we were seated quickly. The service was very thorough. The nail technician did a great job on my feet. I feel like some places just rush through it. Since I don't get any color, all I care about is the nitty gritty stuff. Overall, it was a nice experience. I wish they served complimentary drinks, but, still a place I'd come back to."

"AMAZING place! I get my nails done here every 3 - 4 weeks. I routinely alternate between get dip, gel, and regular polish and every service turns out perfect. Sometimes I even opt in for an eyebrow wax! They truly take the time to listen to what you’re wanting, and even help you pick out colors if you’re indecisive like myself. I feel like every time I come in they have new options and I love it! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Their prices are amazing and to be honest, their product is very high quality and lasts even working with my hands. Last time I went, they even had a custom welded jewelry company - GoldeLuxe.stl in the shop and I was able to get some permanent jewelry in addition to new nails! Overall a fantastic place and would recommend to anyone 110%."
