"The hairstylist was rude and unprofessional. (Don’t really remember her name, most likely it was Jerry) First, she has an horrible attitude during the process. Disrespectful to customers and nosy. Nobody needs criticism on their relationship or life at a hair salon, let alone judged by the hairstylist. Second, she is unprofessional in all ways. She didn’t even want to look at the picture for the hairstyle customers want. It feels like she just wants to get it over with. When we ask for a 3 inch all around style, she did a terrible job and cuts the hair the way she wants. The longest hair left was at most 2 inch, let alone the uneven spots and incredibly short back hair she did. All in all, would never come back to this place."
