"Whew where should I start. Went in here for the first time Saturday 2/24/24….i can say the setup is beautiful and spacious. The nail techs that my daughter and I had was wonderful and made us feel welcome (pregnant lady and and other lady) very friendly which is always a plus. The issue I had that would make me NEVER RETURN BACK TO THEM is when the young girl was checking me out double charged my credit card. The older man of the shop possibly could be the owner told me they didn’t double that the first charge didn’t go thru. I told them if the extra pending charge wasn’t drop by the morning I’ll b back up here to get my money. Needless to say I went back up there the next morning (2/25/24) to inform the man that the double charged was posted on my account. He wanted to argue with me about how they don’t double charged he called the merchant they connected too and stated the merchant didn’t see the double charge but it was clearly on my account!!!! He continued to argue and get loud with me which is so unprofessional because the proof was right in his face but that didn’t matter to him!!!! Told me to call my bank and have them print out my bank statement so he can see it himself when I showed him on my phone. So now I’m fighting to get my money back. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY!!! DO NOT USE YOUR CARD WITH THEM!! It’s a great chance they would DOUBLE CHARGE YOUR CARD AND ARGUE YOU THAT THEY DIDNT!!!"

"I stopped in here because my normal nail salon is closed for construction. They were running a 10% off special so I thought it was a win! The place is clean, nice and spacious, they have a ton of pedicure seats. The guy seemed new. I get pedicures every 2 weeks so I know the routine with a few alters here and there. I didn't love the service, I had to ask him to correct 3 things. (Simple, like put more polish to cover my nail. I won't be back. I asked for a white base...you can see the white on some of my nails. I can see cuticles that should have been taken care of."

"Cleanliness: 5/5 Friendly: 4.5/5 Timely:5/5 This was my first experience at BB Nails and I was a walk in. I can confidently say it was a pleasant experience and would go back again. They were professional and I was able to get a full acrylic set in just about an hour! They were friendly although if you’re looking for a more conversational experience and chitchat there isn’t much. I personally don’t mind it but I know there is others who might wanna have a more personal experience or be besties. For those more introverted this was nice for me. The place was well maintained and elegant. I had a woman who constantly asked if I was happy with what she was doing and I appreciate that because sometimes it’s nerve wracking to speak up. I will continue to write a review every time I go as I like to make sure my experience and rating is consistent with their services. As for now, totally recommend! My pricing was $66 for the photo below."

"Great service, clean and fair prices. Vince has done my nails two times now and I love them! They are even, thin and stay on without lifting; the pedicures are wonderful too. I have been looking for a nail technician for a few years and I found finally found one. Having tried every nail salon in Bridgeton and Maryland Heights, I can confidently say not one matches the cleanliness, professionalism and quality of BB. Glad to have them in the area."
