"The ladies were nice and the nails are okay. I wasn’t overly impressed with any of the service, however. My feet weren’t sanded smooth all the way. They showed us the prices and the one I chose said $30. I read all of it and nowhere did it say that the base charge was $25 and the $30 was on top of that base charge. I planned on $30. I even said, “$30 dollar service.” Then they charged me $55. That is very dishonest. I’m disappointed. That was not worth $55. The massage, if you can call it that, the sanding, none of it. I’m sad. This is a luxury I do not do often and this did not meet other place’s service AND was dishonest in their pricing :("

"So the ladies were nice and the pedis are okay but NOWHERE in the store does it say that you pay an extra $25 for gel. So the bottom line pedi says $30 but then at check out they say $55 because it's $25 more for gel, which is their only option. It's bait and switch and dishonest. Not going back."

"The salon itself is really nice. They do seem to make a great deal of effort to make sure its clean and sanitary which I can appreciate. I was really hoping to make this my go to spot for getting my nails done, however my last visit made me feel otherwise. While I was in the process of having my nails done, a fill-in, the girl doing them made a comment, intentionally or unintentionally to be heard by the other tech working next to us, that my current nails didn't seem "up to par" for being refilled because I guess she felt that they were pulling away too much. So they both were trying to recommend that I get a whole new fulls set. Now I don't mind a recommendation with a note that there is a possibility that the fill-in may not hold as well. I get it. I politely thanked the gentlemen (now mind he wasn't the tech working on my nails) and said no, I prefer waiting for my next visit. Especially considering I didn't feel comfortable letting them rip the current acrylics off, regardless if a few were not holding like THEY would want. I know for a fact having them try to remove my nails would have been painful. So I politely declined, assuming that would be the end of the conversation...however it was not. He went back and forth maybe 3 or 4 times about it even though I consistently said no thank you. It even felt like he was trying to shame me or even embarrass me in front of two other customers with the conversation because he went on to say that in so many words I wouldn't want you to come back saying that the nail came off and trying to request that it be redone. Lolol...Sir/ma'am, I know that these acrylics are not permanent and that regardless of what you claim, there is always the possibility of a nail popping off or not lasting as long as expected. I even said you don't have to worry about me doing that...lol...I am not that type of person. Smh...just ridiculous to feel like you have to prove yourself to not be intentionally negligent to receive a free service...smh. Still I kept saying politely no thank you. It was definitely something I was not expecting and it definitely ruined my nail experience with them. Imo I felt like it was an attempt to up charge me on services...meaning paying for the cost of nail removal on top of a full set. Its really disheartening considering I was really liking this place despite the fact that there prices are higher than most other nail shops. Yet I was willing to overlook that because of the overall nail salon itself. But if I have to be harassed, ridiculed, shamed, and embarrassed into accepting unwanted services after I specifically said no thank you...smh...I will respectfully go elsewhere. Thank you but no thanks. So unfortunate."

"My mom went for her first ever gel manicure yesterday and today 4 of her fingers nail polish already fell off. It was so thin and after paying so much very disappointing. The only reason we didn’t go back to the salon was because it’s closed today and she’s leaving tomorrow for vacation."
