"Went here for an emergency vet visit. When I walked in there were 6 people at the front desk and they acted as if I didn’t walk inside and 15 ft to the front desk. They completely ignored my presence until I threw my hands up in the air and at the point they said hi welcome in. Insane how customer service is no longer a thing. Overall it was expensive for what little bandage wrap and pain pills my pup got. Won’t be going here again."
"We love being greeted by name! Our dogs get excited walking in. Dr. Ordonez is fantastic. She takes her time and pays attention to details. She is very personable and makes sure she understands our concerns and provides great feedback and assurance."
"The first person that I encountered was Maddy two days ago when I made my appointment and she couldn’t have been more understanding, caring and accommodating to me and by baby. Then when I got there today (I am so sorry I cannot remember the girls name), she was also so warm and welcoming that I honestly just felt more than safe and comfortable handing my pup over to her for my dogs nail trim. I got a little worried when 20 minutes later Emily came out with my dog (she is extremely feisty when it comes up to her nails) and told me she was done. I was so confused but when I tell you that professionalism is a forefront at CityVet! Thank you so much for taking care of my little one "
"I’ve been looking for a vet for my cats For quite some time . I heard of CityVet so I decided to try them and I have to say that I am beyond pleased with this establishment. Everybody from the front desk to the doctor were caring, friendly, and professional. I love the location and their prices are very reasonable, I’m very happy with CityVet and they are now my permanent vet office for my kitties!"
"I started out going to City Vet in Oak Lawn but since I moved to Las Colinas I decided to try out the City Vet here. I was not disappointed. Sure it’s costly, but the staff is great and they offer everything! Kathy at the front desk was extremely warm and welcoming! Dr. Jana was the best vet I’ve ever taken my cat to and was extremely helpful when it came to his issues. I am so happy that City Vet Las Colinas is the new vet for my babies. Thank you guys! 5 stars :D"
