"We stayed here for two nights. The hotel was extremely clean. The staff was extremely nice. The breakfast was really good as well. They had the funnest Texas shaped waffles. It’s extremely close to the airport so you will hear a few planes, but even our air conditioner drowned out the sound, so it wasn’t bad at all. The shuttle was so easy and they were so flexible. 10 out of 10 would recommend."

"You get what you pay for. Cheap room and bad customer service. The pictures are very deceptive. The rooms are not as nice in the pictures. The walls are peeling and the whole hotel smells wet like it has water damage. The fridge smells, the microwave smells, seems the entire building needs an update. The guys at front desk are not very pleasant to talk with. Definitely cheap but wouldn’t recommend bringing kids or family"

"I arrived at DFW airport around 9 o’clock on a Tuesday night and my flight to Shreveport had been canceled. I had to stay over and Quality Inn was one of the most economical hotels. The young lady desk clerk was very helpful though I had difficulty understanding her accent, sometimes, but she patiently repeated what I ask her. The Quality Inn picked me up promised. It is time for them to get a new van for this hotel. The seats were cracked leather, and the door squeaked and rattled, but it got us to and from the airport. The driver was helpful with baggage and didn’t feel the need to talk, which I like. The young lady at the desk proficiently checked in for different rooms in about eight minutes. I was on the third floor and the room was spacious, clean and updated. The hallways were still narrow, and gave the impression of an old hotel but the room had definitely been updated. The linens were good quality and plenty of them. I didn’t even turn on the TVs but that would be one small negative is based on what I see at other hotels the small flat screens seemed a little out of place in the remodel room. My room was right by the elevator and the ding of the elevator had me thinking I was getting text messages. I slept well. I went down for breakfast a little after 8:30 (breakfast is available from 6 to 9) and there were some good looking biscuits and gravy, and there was a waffle maker, and I saw some people eating what looked to be very good waffles. But someone gluten sensitive like me there was not an option. No eggs or any other kind of protein. I did have some good orange juice and some good coffee. The van runs back-and-forth to the airport about 45 minutes and they have a nice schedule on the desk where a person can sign their room number and have a reservation on the van at the time they need. I was pleasantly pleased with the accommodations, as I was expecting them to look more like the van than the updated version that I saw. Based on the rates of the other hotels, this was a very good place to have a layover of one night because of airplane connection."

"Mixed Experience - Good for Sleeping, Poor Breakfast, Service Needs Improvement I gave this hotel a second chance as they asked me to reevaluate my initial score, considering that we used it for our connecting flights. It's a decent hotel for sleeping; the rooms are clean and comfortable, albeit with some noise from planes, but it wasn't overly disruptive at night. I'd rate it a 4.5 for this. However, the breakfast was honestly very poor; everything was excessively sweet with no savory options like eggs or toast, which would greatly improve the experience over the muffins or similar items. I'd give them 1 star for this aspect. The elevator was out of order during our stay, forcing us to carry our luggage up the stairs. We had heavy luggage after an international trip. They initially mentioned it would be just a few hours, but it extended to more than two days. When we left, it was still broken. The customer service was quite unfriendly; the receptionist seemed stressed, but waiting in the lobby made it evident that it was due to inadequate staff, making the person on duty handle numerous tasks simultaneously. Completely understandable. One positive aspect is the accessibility to airport transportation, although the driver was a bit unfriendly, the service remains helpful. For this issue, I'd rate the hotel with 2 stars. In my opinion, it's merely a place for spending one or a maximum of two nights, specifically for sleeping."

"The room was clean, and the cleaning staff came by routinely to replenish room amenities. The front desk was friendly as well. Really helpful that they have a shuttle van to and from the airport. Just call the hotel, and it will be on its way to get you at the hotel van pickup location at the airport. Breakfast was okay. It's mostly fruits, waffles, biscuits with gravy, yogurt, orange juice, cereal, coffee, and muffins. Also, it's true that walls are a little thin, so if someone is having a conversation in the hallway, you'll hear it. Besides that I really enjoyed my stay here. Great deal for the price!"
