"Started taking my puppy to Cibolo creek and it was not a great experience. The staff was nice with my puppy and that is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. The vet looked like she was going to pass out while she was "trying" to educate me. She was nervous, sweaty, and seemed out of breath just trying to answer my questions since this is my first puppy. Then she proceeded to try to educate me about the puppy food I was giving my dog, and how it wasn't good, saying "I know all the fancy packaging can be pretty in the store but it isn't good for your dog" (you can't even buy the food i give my dog in store, you have to order it online) I then proceeded to tell her I did do some research and got the reccomendation from several people about the food and how their dogs really liked it. I didn't just pick it because of the "fancy packaging." I would've been okay with her educating me about better options but to accuse me of being so careless that I'd only pick a food because of pretty packaging was a bit annoying. she then proceeded to recommend a dog food that i haven't really heard super good things about...so we never went back."
"Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. I always am willing to take a longer drive to visit this office for my dog. They had to remove my dogs tooth and repair the roof of his mouth when he was a pup and I’m taking him back to get neutered since he has Cryptorchidism and I wouldn’t trust him with another vet office."
"Cibolo creek Veterinary, please head and shoulders over the last that I had. I don’t want to name names, but it started with an H. They listen to me, they seem to genuinely care about my pet. They do not immediately offer the most expensive option. They respect my choices. I feel valued as a person and I feel like they truly care about my pet. I love them!"
