"How do I begiN to express the love and compassion this Vet and his staff has for fur babies. Especially my Viktor. He’s a now 9 month old Pomeranian that jumped from my bed and had a bad fall which resulted in a double fracture. This journey has been quite emotional for my family… after visiting many vet clinics I got nothing but disappointing news of amputation over and over again.. I was heartbroken until a friend told me about shady grove animal hospital. For a FRACTION of the cost the Vet took us in and shows nothing but professional care and compassion.. 3 months later my Viktor is walking on all 4 paws and I couldn’t be more happy.. this is the best vet I’ve ever been too and he gained every bit of my trust … don’t wait don’t hesitate and don’t give up . Trust this Vet !!!!"

"When My daughter Edwina & A worker found my rescue cat Gibbly when he was apparently just a baby kitty in the Kroger's Dumpster Trash Can that was about to be dumped within the next 25-30 minutes. Then when old enough I had him fixed,shots,micro chip. March 15,2021. Here he is now at 3 yrs. 6 days old. Thank You Shady Grove Animal Hospital!!! I'm sending you all there a picture of him now. "I've been bringing my dog to this place for the last couple years to get his shots although last time I brought him here one of the assistants pulled my dog from the tail and my dog squealed in pain. Not only that but the only 2 times we were there for a consult regarding his health Dr. Ishak was very dismissive and rough. Always wanting me to pay a bunch of money for stuff non related to his illness. This is indeed the same Guadalupe clinic that used to be on Shady Grove just changed their name. If you truly care about your pet, don’t bring them here. It’s definitely affordable but it’ll cost your pet’s health."

"Don’t take your pets here they made me wait almost 2 hours and I already had made my appointment and the waiting area was full with dogs so there was no space for us to wait. Then we request a call to let us know when we can go in and they claimed we were late after they called us because I was trying to put a muzzle on my dog and they came for assistance until after 20 minutes. The doctor used to work at Guadalupe used clippers with no shields and cut around my dogs eyes, then when we requested them to be clean he claimed that they were only irritated when there was blood visible. He is very harsh with pet handling and his demeanor is very unprofessional. Zero stars if possible no assistance and dogs were without leash and collars around the waiting area DONT GO TO THIS CLINIC!!!!!"

"Front staff was nice and accommodating. They were able to squeeze us in to see our one week old puppy same day. Dr was nice and knowledgeable, he literally saved our puppies life. Vet tech even demonstrated how to administer his medications. Thankful for shady grove animal hospital. They have earned a life time client."
