"Everyone is just so nice here! As soon as you walk in the door, you know you're at the right place. Unfortunately, we weren't here on a good note, but everything went as smooth as can be. The vet was amazing, and I feel he is a truly good and genuine person. You really don't experience that as often anymore, and even though our cat was at the end of his days, the whole process didn't seem as bad as I was preparing for. I think that was mostly due to the vet and staff here and all the good energy and compassion everybody had! They were very honest about the cost upfront, and I left here feeling like I owed them more than what I paid. Truly a great vet office!"

"The staff was friendly and helpful and weren't "pushy" about me filling out the paperwork before the vet would see me. The vet was was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. She even sat down on the floor to appear less threatening to our highly anxious dog. Thank you for your compassion."

"Wonderful vet clinic. Recently I had problems come up with my dog Bandit. First it was his paw they saw him that day. I had to leave him there so they could fit him in when they could. The vet called me we got his paw looking much better. Next it was his back he had a slipped disc and we tried to manage it with meds and strict bed rest, he wasn't getting any better just worse. I had to make the dreaded phone call that no pet parent wants to make. They were very kind in setting up his appointment. After our family was done saying goodbye they lit a candle and had a sign posted. It was the kindest thing. I couldn't read the sign (my eye were just to wet.) If or when we do finally get another pet we will be only going to Boerne Vet Clinic. Wonderful staff!!! Wonderful atmosphere."

"For awhile I have searched for a vet clinic where I would feel comfortable leaving my babies. Boerne vet has really become that place for me. When we put down my chihuahua this year they were so kind and patient. Bringing in a stray they treat him with such care and they gave me all my options and answered every question I had. I wouldn’t switch vets because this place is number 1 for me. I truly appreciate everyone from the front desk to the vet techs and last but not least the doctors."

"Well, my wife and I had to make the very difficult decision to finally say goodby to our boy of 14 years, Chill. Everyone on staff at the Boerne Vet Clinic could not have been more compassionate, loving, helpful and comforting as we made this decision. They gave us all the time we needed in those final moments with Chill and helped us with the cremation details which we are most grateful. We received a very loving and timely card in the mail with every staff members sympathy and encouraging words. I can not express enough gratitude for everyone at Boerne Vet Clinic. I am not quite ready to add another buddy to the family yet, but when I do Boerne Vet Clinic is the only place I will bring them for any care.
