"I have only had 1 experience with Story Road Animal Hospital. I had to bring in a stray kitty that had been living in my garage that somehow was subject to some major trauma. They were able to get him in immediately and were very caring and attentive to him. Unfortunately it did not turn out the best for him but the staff was wonderful with his care."

"I was forced to find a new vet clinic when the vet I had used for over 20 years retired and sold his practice. Story rd animal hospital came highly recommended by a close friend and I have been taking my pets here for a handful of years now. The vets themselves have been great, I have no complaints on them but I often wonder if the vets are aware of the frustration clients have to go through just to actually speak to anyone or get a response to either the app or phone. I dread each time I have to schedule anything because I feel as though the ones managing the phones and app don’t want to be bothered. I hate to have to put my pets through another change and to find a new vet but it seems that is what I may need to do."
"Very good vet (Dr Diann Smith) Right off Story Rd, perfect for Irving Residents Plenty of parking — Easy to call and make appointment, even for new patients — When you arrive for your appointment, call them and tell them you’re there and they’ll come to get you and your pup shortly — If you end up needing any meds for your pet, they give them to you there before you leave! — Around $50 per visit which isn’t too bad"
