"I am a postoperative patient who needed pain and anti-inflammatory medications following 3 allergic reactions. I called CVS and asked the pharmacist for clarification on a policy regarding the delivery of my medications. I am not fully ambulatory and cannot drive. The pharmacist refused to answer my questions and hung up on me. When I called back she continued to be rude and hung up on me again. When I called back once again I stated that I would report her behavior (which is my right as a customer). She went on to make a slanderous comment against me stating that I threatened her. She was very clear and specific in stating to me that reporting her behavior was in fact a legitimate threat from her position. She then refused to service me, using my "threat" as the justification, and refused to provide me with my medications. It was only later after I filed a complaint with the CVS Corporate Office that I was able to get my prescription medications filled. This pharmacist’s behavior was unacceptable and unethical. This was my second incident with this pharmacist. The first incident report I filed never received any follow up. I am now filing a second incident report as well as a formal complaint with the Texas Board of Pharmacy. PLEASE RECONSIDER USING THIS PHARMACY LOCATION AND CVS IN GENERAL!"

"Visiting the Pharmacy at the Coit Road CVS in Dallas was a wonderful experience. They were able to help me and take care of all my prescription needs in about 5 minutes. Thuy, the pharmacist, was brilliant and very helpful. If there is a way to promote this person, then please do as soon as possible! :-)"
"maybe increase staff. it seems as though they are always busy and short handed. Managing Pharmacist and all of the staff memeber are very nice and helpful. i love going to this CVS, it is a place with a heart!"
"The pediatrician prescribed this at this location. My baby started to feel more bad yesterday; it is just unbelievable that they give this to a little kids, and where is the health department? This is my last time at this location."
