"System for the e-perscriptions First did no work, next day it needed 5 calls and 2 hours till they got it in their system and found out they didn't have the prescribed medication."

"Why is it that pharmacy's in predominantly Black neighborhoods are terrible. I call and get, "hold.please". I called 3 times in a row... just called and was left on hold for 13 minutes...I was determined not to hang up, but I eventually did. This goes for the drive through as well..Geesh, you do not get this level of poor service in more affluent neighborhoods."

"Title: Drive-Through Dilemma: A Hitch in Tom Thumb’s Otherwise Smooth Operation Navigating through the aisles of Tom Thumb is usually a delightful experience, but there’s a hiccup that’s been bothering me—specifically, the curious case of the drive-through pharmacy closing 15 minutes earlier than the pharmacy itself, especially during and post-Covid times. In an era where convenience and efficiency matter more than ever, this timing mismatch becomes a significant stumbling block. Imagine the frustration of customers, eagerly trying to pick up prescriptions before the day ends, only to find the drive-through shut down prematurely. It’s like reaching the finish line of a marathon, only to discover the tape has been moved. Now, I understand that everyone has a closing routine, but shaving off those precious 15 minutes from the drive-through hours seems a tad counterintuitive. It’s akin to having a well-baked cake but forgetting the icing—it leaves the experience incomplete. In the spirit of enhancing customer satisfaction, a small adjustment in the drive-through schedule could work wonders. After all, the devil is in the details, and those last 15 minutes could mean the world to someone in urgent need of medication or healthcare essentials. Tom Thumb, you’ve already set the stage for a seamless shopping experience; let’s make sure every act, including the closing credits, aligns perfectly. Here’s to hoping that this minor glitch gets ironed out, ensuring that every customer’s journey concludes on a satisfying note. Cheers to a future where even the drive-through hours contribute to the symphony of convenience you’re known for!"

"I love Tom Thumb but my first online order did not go well. I should wear my first instinct and trust another person to choose your produce both of my items my potato and aloe vera was disgusting. I had to throw both away I just feel like if you were going to pick food for another person at least try to do your best to pick the best food I don’t know about other people but I’m actually on bedrest if I wasn’t on bedrest I’ll actually be at the store getting my own food. This was a sad online experience now since I know better next time, I’ll do better, I’d rather go in the store and walk slow to in all the pain in the world crying my lungs out to get my own food before I let you pick my food again"

"I’m really impressed with the level of care and professionalism here. The staff went over and beyond to assist. (Forgive spelling) Khadijah and Casey were two of the beamed I recall. Over a three day period of problems with another pharmacy… this pharmacy’s staff ensured my prescriptions were transferred, filled, correctly priced, and delivered in a timely manner."
