"First time visiting this place, in fact, first time to a Vet Hospital and I was blown away by the great customer service they gave, from the front desk to the nursing assistant to the Doctor. When he walked in, he just came in the room and sat on the floor. My dogs were all over him and he was so wonderful. It was amazing to see the patience and care that he gave to both dogs. I have never seen anything like it. They gave them treats and really got them comfortable. I'm sorry, but I didn't remember his name because I was mesmerized by his act of kindness. He has a photo in one of the reviews. Hope that helps if you want to experience what my furbabies did. It was definitely a great 1st time visit."
"The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They are truly there for the animals. The veterinarian gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye to our baby kitty of 20 years. She was so kind and knowledgeable. She explained the whole process step by step and what to possibly expect. I 100% recommend this facility. Thank y’all so much for everything. Y’all made a devastating moment bearable."

"The folks at Brown Trail Animal Hospital are very friendly and caring! My cat, Jasmine, actually enjoys being boarded there while we go on vacation. She appears relaxed when going there for shots. That is very different from her behavior at other vet offices. This is our 5th & final, I hope."
