"First and last time customer here. The receptionist was kind and attentive and is getting all the praise in this review. The vet and nurse that attended to my dog and me aren’t. The vet came in and uninterested in building any kind of rapport with us, began telling me what was wrong with my dog and the living situation I was providing him. She suggested I make changes if I want to see improvement and pushed medication. She was in the room with us for less than 10 minutes. We won’t be returning to this clinic. Both the vet’s and nurse’s bedside manners are lousy to say the least."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible experience. Will never go back. Vet was cold, rude, gave out zero information. Assistant was sassy. If you call to get a quote and go with them because they're less costly than others, dont be fooled because they'll add on a bunch of tests that make their quote the same or more than others. I've never seen someone so bothered to do an animal exam and my dog was terrified."

"I visited this hospital in an emergency situation with my father's dog, who had recently passed away. The little guy acted like he was having a stroke. It scared me so badly. I called my best friend and she referred me to this hospital. Dr. Risley walked into the room and diagnosed my little boy, Hercules, with an idiopathic Visibular Episode. He is absolutely an amazing doctor, which clearly has a huge following and experience with the fur babies. He just gained 3 new clients. Inexpensive and very friendly and educated staff. Thank you so much to all of you."

"Such a sweet staff. They really care about taking care of your furry family having all pets names on the board who have an appointment. The Dr. Was super sweet in handling my little sweetie and understanding of her back story of possible abuse. He was extreamly thorough in the exam and even answered our questions regarding possible issues. I highly recommend this vet and I will post again after my sweeties spay tomorrow."
