"The branch manager Sue was so pleasant and patient she was helping 4 people around her including me. There was only one teller and she kept going to the people in line talking to them and coming back to me to check on my online banking issue. She was so professional and helpful and she looked like she knew how to take care of lines and people waiting and was guiding them accordingly. She was managing so many things and didn’t look one bit worried or angry. She’s the best and Bank of America should get more employees like her who really want to take care of their clients. I give her 100 stars if could."

"This morning I came in to deposit cash and was assisted by a lady named ‘Anol’. She was so rude and disrespectful by all standards. The way she responded was in a very demeaning manner. I have been a loyal customer for more than 20 years and never ever had this type of unacceptable treatment-not even close-like this incident.
