"Inexperienced team. The staff needs to be trained better. I went to get a notary done after much consulting with the "supervisors", I was told we only notarized originals. Who the hell notarizes an original. Were the seriously going to stamp the driving license card! ROFL"
"Five stars for the customer service and for going above and beyond for Elizabeth . What a night and day difference when I called Allen branch first and the employee could not even answer me a simple question : do I keep my old pin with a new card that came as a replacement to an expired one or need to set up a pin? They said they don’t know maybe this or maybe that. Maybe old maybe new. And one can tell when a person on the other side really doesn’t want to deal with you : one can hear it in the tone and voice. What a difference an employee can make to the establishment! Thank you, Elizabeth, for taking care of my teenage son today."
