"Poor customer service, inept and argumentative front desk Leila P. Without going into details, she wasted 45 mins of my time while arguing with me at the same time (poor customer service, she’d be fired if she were my employee). Why do I even bank with 1st Citizen’s? This is becoming a trend of dealing with frustration after frustration with this bank when there are plenty others to choose from. Yet they’ve made thousands off me, not for long."

"Special thanks to Lorreyn Lyden and wonderful Team at the Frisco, Texas Branch! They were extremely helpful in setting up my daughter's bank account, making the process smooth and seamless. Also, I appreciate the extra assistance in getting her account activated on the phone app. Classy, efficient operation....5 Stars!!! Keep up the good work, Eric"

"No offense to Eugene down there, but I've never had a bank that was more on top of things than these people. Celeste is amazing. She will go above and beyond to figure something out for you. If you want to be another number, then sure, head to another bank. If you want people to know your name and ask about your day or weekend when you come in, this is the place. It's a family here, not agents trying to get every dollar you have."

"When I initially joined First Citizens Bank, I had high hopes of finding a supportive financial institution that could assist me with my real estate investments. However, I have encountered several challenges that have made me reconsider my banking relationship. The process of reviewing documents, filling out forms, and carrying out transfers took longer than anticipated, and I found it more cumbersome compared to my experiences with other banks such as Chase or Independent Financial. Recently, I reached out to a banker to inquire about opening a new account for an upcoming deal. Unfortunately, the response and assistance provided did not meet my expectations. I then reached out to their VP, Lorreyn, based on her previous communication offering support. However, I found the experience to be frustrating and unproductive. It seemed as though we were repeatedly starting from scratch, answering the same questions without a clear understanding of what information you were seeking. Upon reflection, I would like to provide some insights on the situation: It appeared that there was a lack of familiarity with the specific requirements for LLCs registered in other states. This led to confusion and inefficiencies in verifying documents through the appropriate channels. Communication could have been more effective. There was a need for clearer explanations of the purpose behind the questions being asked. Additionally, attempts to contact the VP by phone were unsuccessful, with calls going unanswered. It is important for a VP to possess strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor. Unfortunately, the interactions left me with the impression that these qualities were lacking. The overall experience has led me to consider alternative banking options and leave First Citizen."

"I have been banking with first citizen bank for years. When I relocated I made sure to find their bank even before I moved. As expected the employees in my new location are just as welcoming as where I left and even more amazing. I appreciated great customer service in a time where people no longer connect on any personal level and don't care about your experience. To the ladies at First Citizen Bank in Frisco, Texas, Phyllicia Knight and Kranti Dharmaraj thank you for shining and giving me a "wow" experience every time I come in especially through a crippling pandemic."
