"This is the third time in a row that I’ve driven through the drive thru bank where no one has come and helped me. I waited for a few minutes each time but no one still came. The last time I had to walk inside the bank for someone to help me only for me to find employees on their phone and not paying attention to their customers waiting in the drive thru. When I first banked here, I had an amazing experience. I feel like they have since then changed their employees because the girls who used to remember their customers by name are no longer there. Very disappointed to see their customer service decline."
