"My fur baby died on the way to the emergency clinic. They were so kind, sweet, and empathetic. I really appreciated them. They even wrapped my baby for burial. Thank you so much!!"

"We had to take my my 14.5 year old husky in to see them because we thought he was having difficulty evacuating his bowels. After a few tests and some X-rays, they found out he had a mass on his spleen. Considering his age, and already needing to pick him up by wrapping my arm around his stomach, we made the excruciating decision to say goodbye. The people at this facility were amazing during this process. We were able to lay with him on a blanket and spend his last moments with him as he slowly fell asleep. Afterward, they treated his body with an amazing amount of respect as they wrapped him in a blanket and helped us get him in the car. All of that in itself was so great. They were so awesome but then they went above and beyond. Yesterday we received and card full of condolences and best wishes from everyone in the clinic. This, what seems to be small and insignificant, touched our hearts. I cannot express how grateful I am to the staff. They were amazing during one of the worst days of our lives. I do not have the words to express my gratitude."

"We took our 10 year old dachshund Izzy over there on Saturday night. They kept her till Monday morning and treated her for her needs. They said I needed to take her to my vet for evaluation, and they released her mid afternoon on Monday and she is doing great. Thanks Jeanne & Russell The staff was very professional, and did great!!"

"While traveling from Georgia to Arizona my dog who was in the final stages of CHF suddenly started having seizures about an hour east of Amarillo. When we arrived at the clinic to her have euthanized they took us straight back and did everything they could to make it a less traumatic experience for us and her. So glad we found you. Thank you for the nose and toes prints you gave us as a reminder of her."

"I arrived at this clinic around 5:30 AM with my French bulldog in labor about to have the first puppy. She was scheduled for a Caesarian at 7:30 at Animal Medical clinic but had already started delivering a puppy. She was already dilated and you could see two little feet. A young man let me in and when I told him what was going on he told me I needed to go home because I was stressing my dog out. I showed him how you could already see the puppy’s feet and again he told me I needed to go home because I was stressing her out! I asked if he could please help me and he said the others had already left to go home!! I hope he is happy because she had the puppy in the car going home which is only 10 min. from this clinic. Not only that, but the puppy died!! Why is he working there if he doesn’t want to help people in an emergency situation! ?"
