"My client friend went here today to get her newly acquired baby checked because the 4 month old pomeranian was sneezing and had a runny nose, that she probably got due to the long flight, change in humidity and weather, she is a 4 month old pomeranian that came from korea with complete vaccination, rabies and was cleared and passed through quarantine with flying colors and has a veterinarian certificate before flying. She showed them the records and rabisin record (which they didnt check carefully), I was on the phone with her to listen to everything the veterinarians are going to say, a man named gentry was so rude to her that i got sick to my stomach just listening, he keeps on cutting her off and telling her are you a vet, are you a vet? And He keeps on insisting that the dog needs a rabies shot even though we told them she had it, he told my friend that she cannot leave without her dog getting the rabies shot! The nerve and the entitlement of this guy had to tell her what to do with her own dog is insane, he doesnt even care about the dog, the dog came from a long flight and is not 100% , giving her shots especially a shot that she already just had would definitely weaken her, and compromise her immune system and the amount of disrespect this guy did to my friend is unacceptable. They didnt even consider the puppy just came from a long flight, and went there for a routine checkup to be better, they did not take all this into account they dont care about the dog. My friend would love to update any shots needed for the dog but not today she made it clear before coming in for her dog just landed from korea and she needs rest and be 100% first and cure the runny nose and sneezing, The main vet now went to her and talked to her about the puppy, she talked to her as if she is a kid that doesnt know anything about owning a dog, these people working here are so awful. The people in this clinic shouldnt even be in the animal business for they dont even care about the animals and most esp dont know anything about respect and boundaries. I hope this review reaches the owner, that gentry guy is so bad for your business, one of the rudest person i have ever heard, he made this clinic one of the worst clinic to go to. Take. Your pets elsewhere. If i can give this a negative star i would've."

"We brought our dogs here 2 months ago, one dog because she was sick and the other just to get a vaccine updated. At the conclusion of the visit, my fiance went back around the front (we were instructed to go in and out the back due to our dog coughing) and went inside to pay the bill. He told the girl he was paying the full bill for both of our dogs and gave both names. She gave him the total and he paid the bill and we went on our way. Now this week, we get a bill in the mail from the clinic saying there's a $35 balance on our account for that visiting in Oct. It's not itemized. Only says an invoice number. My fiance called the billing department the next day to inquire about the charge and was met with a very rude lady who informed him we were only charged for 1 dogs services and we can either pay it in 3 months or it'll go to collections. We went back and forth with these people for a few hours with multiple phone calls and being treated very rudely for questioning why they're asking for more money from us 2 months after the visit. In the future, mistakes made on the business end should probably be directly discussed with customers vis phone call or email, rather than sending random, unexplained bills 2 months later in the middle of the holiday season when things are already stressful. My dogs, however will not be back. I was not impressed with the service or vet prior to this, but I won't be waiting around for bills months after visits because I was charged incorrectly."

"I have been coming to the Amarillo vet clinic since I was 13. Last Thursday my dog hermines got in a fight with one of my other dogs and had a puncture wound. The staff was excellent and took care of my baby. A week later she is healed as if it never happened. 10/10."
