"To be blunt, this is the worst consumer experience I have ever had with a company. I’ll walk you through the process so you can make the best decision possible (which is 100% to NOT use this company). First, you’ll speak to Allan on the phone who will lie to you about things including timeline, cost, and that Next Stop Moving is different because they’re not a broker and they use their own movers and trucks. Well, I can tell you that he assured me of this (on a recorded call) and a company called ARROW picked up my items and brought them to a warehouse. I was actually pleased that Arrow picked up my stuff because the experience I had with them was a million times better than Next Stop. Allan is going to WAY under-quote you and ask for a deposit. A week or so before pick-up, you’ll have a call (maybe FaceTime) with perhaps one of the most condescending and rude woman I’ve ever talked with. My initial quote was around $3700 or so and my updated quote from her was somewhere around $6500 even though my number/weight/cubic feet of items was very close to the original quote. Long story short, I fought and told them I wouldn’t sign anything until they honored the original quote and after hours of conversation and them calling me 15+ times, they lowered the price back down to ~$4400. I paid more than the original quote just so I never had to speak with them again. Delivery was somehow worse than that whole ordeal. They essentially ghost you after the items are picked up and are completely unorganized. I called several times to set a delivery date and each time I called, they had no information regarding my delivery address, where my items were located, or when they’d be delivered. When the truck finally showed up, I saw that the truck was JAM PACKED with items and nearly all of my boxes and totes were crushed. Not a single box is reusable. Everything that wasn’t packed by them, they won’t cover and they paid $0.60 per pound of items they packed and broke which is pretty absurd. Also, the movers were friendly but inexperienced and broke my desk and damaged multiple walls while moving items. I would rather light all of my belongings on fire than work with next stop moving again."

"BEWARE – DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This is the worst moving experience I have ever had. I would have given them zero stars if I could have. I moved from FL to MN. From what I understand, all the calls are recorded, so the calls I had with this company could be pulled for verification. When I originally spoke to the “sales guy”, he basically lied about numerous things. I told him I needed a specific date of pickup because I was flying out the next day for a new job. He said no problem, they could do that. He also told me that the first set of stairs was no charge, so me being on the second floor of a condo would be no charge. When he sent me the contract, the date had December 7 and 8th. I asked him about this and he told me that had to do that for DOT purposes, but that it would be December 7th. I’m usually smarter than this; however, I went ahead and signed the contract and paid a deposit of about $1,500. Oh, it costs more for the second floor – he lied. Again, pull the recordings. Once he had the contract in hand, that was pretty much it. I called numerous times to ask about the date as I needed to be sure. No response. I tried the online chat – yeah, if they don’t like the question or don’t want to answer the question, they just don’t. I finally reached a different person and was told that I could have December 7th but that would cost extra. I almost cancelled at that point but would have lost out on my deposit. I would have been better off just losing the deposit. So, I paid extra for the exact day. I also asked her about the delivery because I was starting a new job an had an apartment lined up and needed my items. The contract says approx.. 5 – 14 days. She said that it rarely takes more than 7 days. I believed her. Again, I’m usually smarter than this. When the guys showed up on December 7th, I had to sign the contract again with the increased amount because I had more items. I had to do this on my phone, which had spotty service, and they wouldn’t start loading the items until I initialed and signed. I didn’t pay attention to anything except the dollar amount. That was a mistake. I called the company about 6 days later to see where my items were as I hadn’t heard anything. I found out that the first delivery attempt wouldn’t be until January 7th – which was unacceptable. Apparently, it was on the contract and I didn’t see it. I wouldn’t have been able to do anything at that point anyways as I had a flight to catch the next day. I sent the company an email to speak to a supervisor and no response. When I called they wouldn’t let me speak to a supervisor either. Well, my items were finally delivered on 01/09/24 – over a month later. So, I was basically living out of a suitcase in an empty apartment, working in a new job for over a month. When they finally delivered my items, the boxes were in bad shape and many of the bins were broken. I’m actually surprised that more items weren’t damaged. I was missing a few items as well. I wasn’t going to sign the contract saying that they delivered the items except that the company called me three times and I finally said that I don’t feel comfortable signing a contract, what if I have damaged or missing items. She said that I could file a claim. So I signed it because I was pretty much over this company and wanted to be done with it. So, I filed a claim and we’ll see if I ever hear back from them. I’m guessing they will say that I signed the contract saying that I had everything. We’ll see!!! I've added a few photos of the bins that were broken. On a side note, I hired a different company to transport my car and they picked up the car when they said they would (without extra charge) and had the car to my destination within three days. I moved from FL to MN. Update on claim filed: Please note that if they break your box/bin, they won't pay you for anything inside because you packed it yourself. So for two missing boxes, a missing 49 inch smart roku tv, and 8 broken bins - $88. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!"

"They showed up and got straight to it, very professional and very fast movers. They wrapped all of the delicate furniture to protect it! Great job! This is the best company I have ever used. They are cautious, experienced, and experts. I didn't have a chip in my furniture. They were super careful with our stuff and paid a lot of attention to making sure everything was packed so no damage would happen. Very quick and efficient and made our moving experience a piece of cake."

I had a very smooth moving experience. It was a very positive experience. They were super efficient, punctual, careful and friendly. "Where to start. They picked up our stuff on Wednesday and moved it to a warehouse for a week before they then told us it was shipped. Broken items in almost every box. No communications from the driver until two weeks later. Cost increased over 25% in the end. Horrible service, communications, and cost. Stay away from this company!"
