"Haven't had Papa Johns for years. I remember why now. Been seeing the Shaq pizza advertisement so I wanted to try it. Ordered on-line and said 26 minutes. Arrived and told not ready yet, 5 more minutes. 10 minutes later still waiting. The guy at register had zero customer service training. There were numerous people in the store in the same predicament. The store was a major Cluster F... finally got pizza but not what I ordered. At least my people got to eat. I'll stick to Marco's Pizza."

"They did a horrible job and clearly couldn’t care a less about good service. Our pepperoni jalapeño bacon pizza had NO pepperoni and on both pizzas they just threw a bunch of jalapeños on top at the end and didn’t even cook them. One wasn’t even cut up"
