"So this store has many problems I wasn’t going to put it out there but because the manger Susan thought she could get one up on me by saying she was not going to put me on the schedule let’s put it all out there this store is so horrible she is never there and now you wanna be a manager stop it….. Susan is the worst she is always changing things Management is horrible they always have One person doing all the work and have two in the back managers believe one person who runs and tells everything.I was a real one a great employee just look at the surveys.I remove myself from a situation that could of went wrong But they have pp doing no call no shows they tell pp that there is no notary’s and there is always one there but management is so worried about a employee that removes her self from a bad situation.O let’s talk about How I worked there for six months and never got my raise There are more than just little things going on in this ups"

"Today I was at this UPS to return my package. The girl had to print the page to paste it in the package. She tells me to send it to the email. Perfect. At the moment his impressions are going wrong. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT THEY HAVE STAFF WHO DO NOT KNOW HOW TO USE A PRINTER? okay. Furthermore, the young lady's aptitude was not pleasant at all. she was upset or annoyed with her job. I decide to leave the place since I ask her what I can do and she doesn't give me a solution... I decide to go to another UPS store which was 20 minutes away, since I do know how to use a printer and I know that she was doing it wrong (I very kindly told her that I could accommodate the document to print it in its entirety, her response was “it can't be done” “I don't understand why it comes out like that”) at the other store it didn't take even 5 minutes to return the package …"

"Dear Recruiter ,I'm emailing to the ups store at 723 west university Georgetown texas, 78626. Because I am a frequent customer. I've been coming to this store for 3 years since I moved to georgetown on december the twenty eighth , I did a shipment , And like Usual , Without a hesitation I had Great help with customer service , After I completed my delivery and leaving I witnessed a manager arguing to her peers and if I'm not mistaken it was about not allowing them to speak in a foreign language. And personally I feel That is very unprofessional to discuss during working hours. It isn't pleasant when there's customers walking into a store. And having employees argue to something that is permitted Through any job site according to the EEOC. I personally acquainted with half of the employees from this store and I feel very anguish to these employees , Regarding I will continue to approach and attend to my local store for my services But I anticipate for these actions and relying on not to walk into another incident. "I think it’s great that all three of your employees get along so well together. Sharing each other’s stories and pictures. But when they forget they are working and the customer feels they are bothering their conversation, you , the owner may have a problem. If that is your employee’s attitude then you probably need to have better training or a manager that is mature enough to handle it."
