"Tried ordering 2 weeks ago, after 90 minutes my order still wasn't started. Had to pay 15.00 as I made the order through favor. Didn't even get the order. Tonight placed an order through the Marcos website and didn't get the pizza sauce that is to accompany both items purchased. Clearly things have gone south with this location."

"So instead of giving an accurate delivery time, Marcos has now partnered with door dash for delivery and has thus lost control over the actual delivery time for your order. This is the last time we will order pizza from Marco’s. They tell you 30 minutes and then start notifying you it will be another 30 then another 30. So you get your pizza in 2 hours that’s cold and terrible. They better figure it out quick."

"The standard for delivery here has increasingly trended to taking at LEAST an hour to arrive. I'm sitting here at this moment having waited over 2 hours for my pizza to arrive. Thank god I didn't have a hungry family to feed or a place to be in a timely fashion. Update an 2 hours and 10 minutes later: This pizza is definitely the same one that the order tracker said was being baked shortly after I ordered it. So that means this pizza is two hours old. Pitiful customer service. There is a lot of meat on this pizza and you are telling me that it's been sitting out for that long? Update from October: So instead of hiring delivery drivers, they have chosen to outsource to DoorDash and apparently that particular company chooses to stop sending out drivers to deliver pizza after a certain time. We found this out after getting frustrated after not getting our pizza for two hours (again) and deciding to go to the store to find out that they THREW AWAY the pizza and neglected to call or send a message or anything about it. So we're hungry after two hours and there is nothing for us but a refund I had to drive to the store to get because they chose not to call and let us know. And I can't even go to the website to complain because the LINK FOR CUSTOMER HELP IS BROKEN AND HAS BEEN FOR MONTHS."
