"I only wanted them to help a contractor of mine to setup quickpay/zelle. They refused to help my contractor and refused to speak with me on the phone to listen to my request. Horrible service!"

"Will definitely close my account with them. I wanted to deposit money because I was negative but the ATM did not let me so I went to another ATM and it said I was negative another $500 when I never took out those 500. I did a claim and they said it was me. I asked for a video or picture for proof and they didn't want to give me the proof that the only way is going to court. They are acting like Bank of America just a bunch of thieves then they wonder why we just keep money at home because the banks just steal instead of helping out."

"I love these peeps! They always greet me with kind words and a smile. I have been to other banks where the staff comes to "work"... these tellers seem to truly enjoy their jobs, coworkers and atmosphere. In addition, they have gone above and beyond for me a few times within these past years. Keep up the great work, guys & gals. Well Fargo Kyle is definitely the way to go!!"

"If you need anything other than teller service, you are out of luck. There is nowhere to sign in for loans or business/personal services. There are no signs and no one to tell you what to do. Do we wait in the waiting area? Do we form a line? Phone a friend? What are my lifelines here?? While waiting for God to manifest the answers to these questions, I hopped on Google and read the the MANY similar complaints about this branch. I suspect the problem stems from the massive growth of what used to be a small town. I'm sympathetic to that, but these very same problems go way back. BRANCH MANAGER: you've had time to correct this. WELLS FARGO CORPORATE: you're doing a poor job managing this misbehaving child. There are BASIC and FREE strategies that you can employ to better serve your customers. Start with signage -- simple and hand-written if necessary -- giving basic instructions. Set up a sign-in sheet. And add signage. Have people take a number to designate their place in line. AND ADD SIGNAGE. I'm a long-time Wells Fargo customer and for the first time in almost 30 years, today's interaction (or lack thereof) at this branch PLUS the very same ongoing comments in Google Reviews has me considering a new bank. Do better, Wells Fargo."

"I have never waited so long as I did today, for a transaction, in the Drive-Thru... I was literally able to pull up to the stall and sat for 25 minutes before they told me I need two forms of ID to withdraw $200. Have I been in a line I would understand but there were no lines. I really don't think service has been any worse or as a service here, at any Wells Fargo Bank I've ever been to. They've never pressured on the two forms of ID at any other Wells Fargo either. Worst service at this location, ever."
