Tried providing the physical copy(paper) of my ID I have for the next 10 business days fresh from Texas DPS but it was refused saying I need a physical(plastic) card. Good notes, the bank looked clean and staff were courteous."

It's my money I'm taking out of bank account. Stop asking customers for the last four digits of their social security number. I don't want hear a corporate story saying it's for security reasons.
