"First time I went in told me I needed another form of ID and SS card. I find have another form of ID except my work ID. I let them know didn’t have my dob or address on it. Said it was ok their mgr was there and she would look at it. I drove back home in Austin grabbed my work ID and SS card and drove back to Kyle. Was told no that my work ID would not work. So I left. Got a call on Tuesday we’ll voicemail to call then. I called and was asked to come back there was a problem with software and had gotten an update. Went back on Saturday was there less than 30 minutes and was on my way to grocery store next door for some much needed groceries. Thanks so much to the employees for keeping me in mind and calling me and asking me to come back."
