"Went there with my son he was gonna purchase an item in show case with a few other items but one no one greeted or helped him two the couple items he found on shelf to purchase he walked up to counter to pay said hi to girl behind counter on her phone she completely ignored him after a few mins of him standing there waiting she finally looked at him with attitude said that's it rang him up not saying a word then walked away before the even completing salethe receipt had not even printed....no good customer service at all"
"Have been going to this pawn shop for quite some time. Good people, always friendly. But the stand out is Mariah. Always, nice, very helpful and easy to work with. Was a certain firearm I was looking for one day but In a different color than what they had in stock. A week later Mariah calls and tells me they just got one that day that I wanted. Was even exceptional over the phone as well. Went back that day and bought it. Defintely the gold standard for customer service. Will be my new sales lady from here on."

"WOW! Best customer service I've received in a long time. I purchased a Lego Nintendo set for my son yesterday and was allowed to go through the set to make sure everything was complete. After inspecting everything I happily made my purchase (Thanks John) and raced home to surprised my son. Well today he was building this massive Lego set and he noticed bag 18 was missing from the set. I called the store and Jess answered. John was at lunch so I told her what happened and without hesitation she started researching how to help me out. Within 30 minutes Jess called me back and was chatting online with Lego customer service. She was able to get me the missing bag and even have it shipped to my house. She even provided me with the order number! That level of service for an item that was used is unheard of now days! Please consider buying from Money & More Pawn and if you do ask for Jess!"
