"I went to New Dimensions for help with shoulder troubles I had from swimming. Not only was Rebecca was extremely supportive and helpful in providing exercises to help me activate and strengthen new muscle groups, she was also able to take into account the limited time frame I had and make the most of the sessions we had together so that I would be able to apply them to other workouts after I moved away. Edit: One year update: I have been swimming collegiately for the past for about a season and a half without having any pain.
