He always analyzes my injury and gives me exercises that target the exact problem. He has “fixed me” four times. I’ve also referred family and friends who he also has helped recover to 100%. "The first time I was referred to this office I was in very bad shape. I had just had a bilateral mastectomy. Vanessa at Baylor Scott and White on Angus Rd helped me tremendously. She also released me with tons of information and stretches to keep for life. 2 years later I come back to rehab for my knees. My doctor needed me to work out the pain after dealing with a fractured tibia. Low and behold, my PT was so good, I now may not need surgery. "I’m really shocked at the poor customer service I’ve experienced here. The front desk worker and clinic manager - Andreas - are incredibly rude. I called to chase up a scheduled appointment twice. It’s now been >3 weeks since my initial appointment and >9 weeks since my injury. Andreas hung up on me mid-conversation after I pointed out that he wasn’t listening to me or my questions. He also refused to look at my chart, later falsely telling me that would be a HIPAA violation (it’s not). After calling back and leaving a message having been hung up on, he called me back explaining that he “had a gym full of patients and couldn’t argue with me”. This is now 3 counts of poor administrative behavior, over the phone and in person. I’m absolutely shocked by these 5* reviews."
