"I’m writing this review for anyone who may be skeptical of chiropractic treatment or has been struggling with treatment that is only focused on symptoms. Ross Bomden and his staff have truly changed my life. I was completely sedentary for a year due to a back injury, and after a year of being told to give it rest I had to try something else. PTG came recommended and I ended up being lucky; they isolated the source of my agitation and we began working on stabilisation and prevention. After about 4 months of work with them I am back to swimming, biking, and running long distances; I’m back to living my life. They are not going to sell you a miracle cure. You aren’t going to be told you need to get some minor treatment for the rest of your life for pain. It’s not that type of place. You can expect everyone at PTG to focus on treating the systematic cause of your problem. The focus is not just relief, but healing. Over and over they’ve proved it to me - they’ve helped me with pain but always return to: “how do we get you back to 100%”. I’m my case, I had to work really hard. Constant flexibility work (10 times a day in the beginning), a regiment of core strengthening, posture work, etc.. Recovery is hard work but everyone at PTG is there to help. Everything else at PTG is 5 stars. The facilities are nice, clean, everyone is courteous, scheduling is easy. It’s a great place. I could go on and on; Performance Theraphy Group got my life back. If you’re struggling with an injury, I would highly recommend you go to see Ross Bomden."
