"My first impression of Endeavor was formed upon my encounter with Sherie, the receptionist. She was very pleasant and most helpful to accommodate my needs. Then I met my therapist, Hilda—Hilda was fantastic. I was in such pain that I couldn’t understand. I couldn’t walk upstairs, couldn’t sit. I could only be comfortable lying down after spinal decompression. I was at the point where I thought that was how I would spend the rest of my days. Hilda listened, identified the issue and began the appropriate therapy to alleviate the pain. She explained every exercise we did and why. She told me how to sleep, explained the things that stressed my spine and just shared great, helpful information. I have exercises that I am able to do at home. And I feel like a new woman! Hilda was on the journey with me and as I felt better, she was extremely encouraging. I highly recommend Endeavor to anyone needing physical therapy."
