"The people here have been great, but the corporate billing department is incompetent. Sent me a bill that was overdue by over a year. After calling, they said I needed to pay and I said please work it out with the insurance, and they said too bad it's already past a year and insurance wouldn't cover it. Whoever is running the billing department needs to do a better job."

"I switched PT clinics from Austin Sports Medicine to PT Solutions Oak Hill 10 months post-op from ACL and meniscus repair, and I’m kicking myself that I didn’t switch earlier; I’m confident my rehab would’ve been expedited if I’d been at PT solutions from the start- the clinic itself has a variety of equipment and weights that weren’t available elsewhere. They play great music and the space is very clean. I love that they keep a low patient-PT ratio so you’re not passed off to a tech. Each session with Daniel or Christopher is appropriately challenging and I always leave knowing that I’m making progress (elsewhere I’d never work up a sweat, and half the session would be spent poking my knee and not really doing anything).
