"DO NOT SEE DIANA ZHANG she will waste your time and money, refused to see me based on a high depression assessment score filled out days before initial session but waited till then to waste my time. Was extremely condescending and rude and only called me by dead name."

"One of the worst experiences I’ve had with psychiatric care to date. After my first consultation visit with the psych NP, she missed the follow up appointment with a no call/no show and I had to call the office the next day to even get an answer on why my appointment was missed. I reached out a couple of other times to ask why one of my medications was sent in to the pharmacy at the wrong dosage and was told “they’d get back to me”. They didn’t and I had to call AGAIN. there’s just no communication on their end unless you call them back over and over again. Last week I called to set up another appointment to be seen so I could get my medications refilled, only to be told that the psych NP was no longer with the practice and “I should’ve had a 90 day refill sent in as well as been given referrals for other places”. I was never notified that my provider was quitting nor was I sent any refills or referrals, leaving me without my medication. This falls under patient abandonment which is highly unethical and illegal and now I have to suffer for it. I will be filing a formal complaint against both this practice and the psych NP. Don’t recommend this practice at all."

"I truly appreciate the help I've gotten from the staff at ATTC over the past couple of months. Everything from receptionist help to therapy/counseling. The staff is very attentive and they have the best interest of their patients in mind. Can't recommend this center enough!"

"I absolutely loved my therapist here whom I saw for just over a year. However, for four weeks in July I was charged out of pocket costs rather than my $10 insurance copay. I have called several times, texted several times, and sent emails - I have been trying to reach someone about this issue since August 5th. I am owed several hundred dollars and no one will contact me back. They were responsive to my text messages until I brought up that I was owed money back - I was insured the entire time. My insurance company has also started to call them. I have heard nothing. This is super shady and I know everywhere is understaffed these days but this is my literal money."
