"DANGEROUS!! My children were referred to Ms. Phan to attend family therapy with their mother who has a history of abuse. The children were not seen individually. Every session was in the presence of the mother. My son would leave the sessions crying and distraught like it was his fault he was a victim. My daughter would lie because she was afraid of the repercussions later with her mother. The children continue therapy with another therapist and I was told that Ms. Phan's actions were unprofessional and possibly damaging to the children. Read the other independent reviews on Ms. Phan on other therapy websites and keep searching."

Burnt through 800$ in just one week and then wanted more money, resigned when I asked what the heck was going on and told her I didn’t have the money (which she knew before I signed), and refused to reimburse. Re: Alison Wilcox: Phan was replaced by her. Wilcox’s cv says “ph.d. University of Miami.” When I asked what subject her Ph.D. was in, what her dissertation was on, who her dissertation committed were and a list of her top five publications...rather than respond with the requested info, her schedule was all of a sudden too full to take the case. I guess her doctorate must have been in under water basket weaving or something but she wanted to be able to charge double the price by marketing herself as a phd. Didn’t realize the two were affiliated but...now it’s making sense. Anyway, Phan is out for a quick buck and views those in her charge as indentured servants. She’ll side with whoever is wealthy enough to pay her ever increasing fees. Avoid at all costs."
