"My visit was very pleasant overall. The entire staff were friendly and warm. I really felt that the NP, Jill was very knowledgeable when it came to me being pregnant and being in my first trimester. I felt heard and I could tell she cared but was also very competent. As someone who has worked as a healthcare professional at a hospital for 15 years I feel like I can pick out the good professionals when I see them :) Thanks Jill!"

"We were a walk-in for a swore throat.... We were helped immediately upon arrival. We waited 15 mins to be seen. The Nurse Practitioner was amazing! She got us in and out. I think we were there 30 mins, tops! Great Service!!! ⭐️"

"Amazing service. The staff were so friendly and helpful and listened to all concerns. They answered and asked lots of questions, I didn't feel rushed like it normally goes at an urgent care. The xray technician who checked me in at the desk, took all my vitals, and did my flu and covid tests was very friendly, professional, and helpful. He truly provided some of the best service I've seen at a medical facility."

"I was seen quickly, which was much appreciated due to being in a great deal of pain from an abscessed tooth. I couldn't get in to the dentist for an emergency appointment so it was a big relief and just plain convenient to be able to walk in to Mercy Go-Health, get examined, and get a prescription for antibiotics. Now I can schedule a dentist appointment for next week after the antibiotics have done their work. The medical assistant and NP I saw were friendly and professional. They were thorough but quite efficient as well. The ease, along with the quickness, of this visit was wonderful, and I'm grateful for the care provided...it helped me feel better and get back to work fast!"

Man I wish I could remember the gal's name that came in and took my blood pressure and blah blah blah. I keep wanting to say it was Catherine or Katie or something... Caitlin? Whoever she was she was sweet and excellent and smart and wonderful! And then the PA that came in was very welcoming and knowledgeable as well. I swear it's not like I want to go and hang out there in my spare time, but it's the best urgent care experience I've ever had, even though I walked away knowing that I had covid.
