"Really disappointed. Our geriatric little dog is throwing up and feverish this morning and when I called, I was told that even if we dropped her off, Dr Dietz would not be able to see her because he is booked with appointments all day and he couldn't see her until tomorrow. When a dog is 12 years old, tomorrow may be too late. I was told to take her to an emergency clinic. It saddens me because I have referred so many friends to his clinic over the years. :("

"Love love LOVE!!! I can't use that word enough, and neither can they! Everyone there is so genuine and kind, and they truly do LOVE your animals as much as you do. They take the comfort and emotional well being of your furry loved one into account before they even touch them. The receptionists came out to help me with my 3 cats as soon as I pulled up. The techs took their time getting to know each one, taking in every question and concern I had. They helped me get everything together and into my truck when my appointment was over. I cannot praise these guys enough. Every time I go is another wonderful, calm experience. If you love your babies, take them here so these wonderful people can love them too!"
