"I go to Marion Eye Center in Centralia and I really like the care they give you. I never have to wait long and have always gotten very good care there. I never knew I had glaucoma but Dr. saw it and is treating it, and it has not gotten worse since diagnosed. I really appreciate that."
"My wife tried to get an appointment for a irritated eye. The receptionist was rude until she got her insurance information. This is not the first time the receptionist was rude with my family. When going to the appointment they insisted she paid in full. The problem with that is we have a HRA which means there is an account that it gets paid out of. Apparently the receptionist has never heard of such a thing. Long story short my family is now a happy customer with Quantum eye."
"People here are professional, friendly and courteous, however seemingly either overbooked or understaffed or maybe both. Had to wait considerable time past my appt to begin the exam. Once with the Doctor everything went very well and did not seem rushed. Just got my two pair of glasses ( normal & sunglasses ) and the initial measurements and fitting was spot on only requiring minor adjustment. Would have given 5 stars if it were not for the waiting time."
