"IF you need DEMOLITION done to your house, then this is the company to call! Otherwise, hire someone else. I scheduled a removal of a couch. The men assigned to my job arrived early (YAY! The only good thing), and we surveyed the removal. During the removal process, the men removing the couch gouged my walls with the couch and broke a window sill. Now obviously, they seemed upset about this and snapped pictures stating that someone with claims would be contacting me. I proceeded to pay them out of good faith (man that was a stupid idea, but call me an optimist). FIVE DAYS LATER, I finally get an email from someone from the local office requesting pictures (which I emailed back the same day). I'm now 3 days after THAT email with zero responses regardless of how much I email (or even call the number in the email signature). I've taken to calling the corporate customer service 5 times to have them message the local office with zero response. The long and short of it is this: Want destruction? Want to be left in the lurch with a $1000 repair bill to your house? Want to be ignored for over a week even though you've attempted to take the high road and pay someone for the work they did? CHHJ is your company! Enjoy the pain!"

"Noel and Jorge were fantastic with handling my intrastate move across Texas from Austin to Dallas. Noel and Jorge were very accommodating, helpful, communicative, funny, down-to-earth, and engaging throughout the entire moving process, which is a feat in this Texas summer heat! Also, they handled all of my belongings with care and wrapped larger furniture items like my bed frame, mattress, tv, desk, stools, tables, mirrors, and couch to minimize the possibility of damage. I was even able to build extra boxes to catch a few items I didn’t have packed when they arrived and they were patient and supportive with that process. Overall, Noel and Jorge were timely and efficient the entire day. I highly recommend using College H.U.N.K.S. for handling any of your moving needs and I’ll definitely use them again for any future moves!"
