"Stopped in a few times this week. It was hit or miss. Either really great friendly staff with the food being good, or don't want to be here attitude with food that probably was in the warmer way to long. When I am back in the Midwest to visit I usually look forward to seeing a Casey's."

"Ordered an olive pizza last night and when I went to pick it up they hadn't made it. When I asked why they said they weren't sure if that's what I wanted because most people get meat. My friend had just been a severe car accident and this was his favorite dish and I was bringing it to him for the first solid he could have. The employee made a sparky remark that I should have picked up my phone when she called. It had died. We got into an argument after she inisited everyone gets meat on cusom pizzas and I was asked to leave. Very unprofessional."

"Worst Caseys experience in my life. I called to order pizzas for carry out. I was scolded by the lady on the phone for asking for pizzas! I was told if I wanted 6 pizzas or more I had to call 24 hours in advance. I explained that I didn’t need the pizzas for almost two hours. Still scolded and told to call 24 hours in advance. “Famous for pizza?” Yeah right! The Caseys in Columbus Junction is way better! Very virtuous and easy to work with. I highly recommend staying away from this Caseys."

"Very clean place. Plenty of open space around the pumps. They make fresh food to order, they have a bakery area with donuts, coffee area, soft drink area, snack area, tables to sit and eat. Clean bathrooms. The only downfall is that there was no fluid in the squeegee buckets for the windshield."

"In the last year gone really down hill. I used to love this place but now I'm scared to get food and drinks because of how dirty it is. It is a busy place and usually a lot of friendly people working but no one is cleaning the coffee, pop, and food stations."
