"Worst set up for a buffet. Separate the stations instead of creating a line for the whole thing. Employees are inconsiderate and have no sense of customer service or politeness. Besides the good fried chicken, the food was, at best, edible."

"My daughter loves this place. The service is good, and the facility is clean. The food is probably on par with other pizza ranches, but as this area has a lot to offer in the pizza department, it falls short of local cuisine."

"Tried a bit of everything. Some chicken was dry and some was greasy. Waffle fries were nicely seasoned but soggy. Wedge fries weren’t really spectacular. Pizza cheese sticks were quite good. Didn’t really care for any of the different pizzas I tried, but my husband really liked the macaroni and cheese pizza. The blueberry and apple dessert pizza were decent and would eat again. Found the salad bar to be lack luster with the shredded lettuce. Nice to have the party room for our birthday party."

"*I shared this on their feedback page but I thought I'd share it here since I have yet to hear back from Management about my experience. I live 30 miles from this location and it just so happened I was in the area and having some chicken sounded great for dinner! I placed my order and Melanie was super nice getting my order placed. The disappointment set in when I got home from my 30 mile drive home to find out that we didn't get what we ordered. I ordered a 12 piece Chicken box. I expected it to have 3 breasts, 3 thighs, 3 wings and 3 drumsticks. It only had 6 thighs and 6 drumsticks. They were very small pieces as well. The girl that took my order put us down for a 12 piece dark box. When she read back the order to me, she never mentioned that part or I would have corrected it. Along with my Chicken box. I also ordered Coleslaw (which wasn't the greatest) and Mashed Potatoes which were great. My poor husband had sticker shock when I told him that I paid just over $70 for all dinner. As much as we love the food normally at Pizza Ranch, we just can't afford it anymore. High prices and the food portions were really small. It was really sad. . . Yes I could have called and complained but I wasn't going to drive 30 miles back for them to correct it. I figured I'd do the survey and hope they would contact me and make it right. Needless to say, we won't be going back for a while. . ."
