"The customer service here is poor. I guess it’s hard to find good employees, but the guy who helped me today was literally looking at his phone and texting and scrolling WHILE helping me. Then another employee was rude to that employee in front of customers. I go here out of convenience, but if there were another choice close by, I’d take it. Everyone there seems miserable."

"Was out visiting family and recieved some great service on helping me send things back home from Sherri. She was very helpful and very quick, unlike other locations I've been to where the employees aren't very pleasant and don't seem to like their jobs. Sherri was very pleasant to work with."
"I will only come to this store if Julian is working, I need a poster done asap and he had it don’t the same day within a short time frame. I would highly recommend my friends and family to go to the Keller location and ask for julian only!!! He was such a sweetheart on helping me with the whole process, and was very patient with me the whole time !"
"I wouldn’t normally write a review for a UPS store. Although I’m willing to give credit when it’s due. The employee Julian really made my daughters day. She was sending out a Halloween package for her little bff. He sure made her day by answering all her little questions. Also reassuring her that he will take care of her package. She left the store remembering the very nice employee. Her package got to her bff even a day early."
