"The most unorganized group of attorneys I've ever seen. I made a call to the Keller office to see if they could re schedule my appointment at the Keller office. I was put on hold for 10 minutes and when the receptionist came back to the phone she didn't know why I had called. I got to the Arlington office and had to fill out the paperwork twice. I almost walked out after they finally figured out why I was there. The Attorney I spoke with, Faun, wasn't very forthcoming with the answers to my questions and ultimately admitted she couldn't help me.
