"350 lumber fee for a 3 hour wait in the dock. They’ll start unloading you when you’re close to the 2 hour detention mark. It’s capstone should tell you everything you know. Been unloaded for an hour and still waiting for them to tell me my paperwork is ready. Garbage unloading service."
"1630 appointment. Checked in at noon. 1730 still haven't called me for a door. Walk back to shack to remind them of my existence. 15 minutes later get called with door number. Check in and tell them I'm also picking up a preloaded trailer from here. Traffic says I can drop the one I brought at the dock, gives me bills and tells me to split. But wait, I don't have the signed bills for trailer I brought. Receiving tells me I have to wait until it's unloaded and they will bring me the bills. So here I sit for hours because they can't stamped the bills that I dropped and subject to count. What a complete waste of my time. F trucking and F grocery warehouses."

"Love this place. Super friendly starting from the shack. They let me in hours before my appointment. Google says they close at 5, but they receive 24/7. Overnight parking is huge, just watch for potholes lol. Can't all be perfect, hahaha"
"***TRUCK DRIVERS*** Park in the dirt lot before the guard shack. There is available overnight parking if needed. Walk up to guard shack. Do not drive up. People at check in were courteous and nice. My appointment was 9:30 a.m., checked in at 8 a.m., immediately given a door. Go to door, crack seal and put inside on floor of trailer, open doors and back in. I had door 115, plenty of room for backing. Receiver for paperwork was door 108. They are direct but not rude. There's a difference and I think some people take offense. They are just busy. I had zero problem with them. Started bumping the truck at 8:45 a.m.. Unloaded at 8:57. it's a Capstone outfit so lumper payment is done online. Got payment text at 10:13 a.m..Stay in truck, lumper brings paperwork to you. Paperwork in hand and out the gate at 10:21 a.m.. my experience was great. I'll take this load again."
