And yet it refused to let me talk to a real person. Then it hung up. Really?!!! It is so frustrating & infuriating! I should be allowed to talk to a person if I request it. "FedEx used to be good, but now. When I have packages from Walmart or packages from Sam's. The driver's leave it at any location. They do not care they just get close to your house. Leave it someone else takes my package everytime. I've tried to call Walmart and FedEx again and again and again and again and again. FedEx is like all the other big places around. They just do not care about people anymore like they used to. And trying to get through all of the new AI software that answers the big corporate phones. They will not let you talk to a person. Fedex you have disappointed me and i'm sure countless others"
