"I’ve been the most patient with this school and I am absolutely fed up. The inconsideration, lack of consistency, and care the College Prep has had is disappointing. To start, my child has be struggling with her basics and I’ve mentioned it several times throughout the years and I’ve been told, “she will eventually catch on”. They give her extra homework to practice only to find out another teacher finally agrees that she needs to be evaluated. It has been since Oct 20th, and they have still failed to get that done. They have lost my children when I go to pick them up and had the nerve to tell me that someone already picked them up and for me to move on. After informing them no one was to get them we’ve been waiting in line, no on showed any sense of urgency to find them. When dropping them off in the morning, I had to drop something off to the office and there were kids waiting outside to be let in on a cold and rainy day. I stood at a distance as they were pressing the call button and the ladies at the front desk were looking at each other laughing. I’ve waited multiple times first in line to pick them up and on multiple occasions they ask me to move forward to wait for an extra 10-30 minutes. It has been many times that we’ve cooperated and moved forward while I wait on my children but it has gotten out of hand. Today, I find out they are in there EMBARRASSING my child to stand in line while other kids laugh at them, KNOWING parents are outside waiting on them.. Not to mention the amount of times I’ve been called asking if my child is “absent or if it is an error on their part”. They have made my son have multiple accidents on himself because they expect him to hold his bladder like a grown adult. My children have never had discipline issues or been disrespectful to anyone. I will be considering a new school for all of my children."
